YIN AND PINS

These events combine acupuncture with Yin Yoga. Kiah uses themes such as seasonal living and emotional release to support slow, restorative Yoga poses. These sessions are deeply relaxing and perfect for those needing to get in to their bodies and reset their busy minds. Kiah is always open to providing this service at new locations. TALKS

Kiah has given talks at Pilates and Yoga studios surrounding their main passions: mental health and hormonal health. In these talks, Kiah hopes to educate their audience and empower them to take hold of their health through simple lifestyle changes and mental health tools.

HEALING CIRCLES

Healing circles are a special, intimate gathering of people for group connection and healing together. Groups will often undergo meditation, emotional release and sharing of experiences together to reach their intentions and manifest their hopes within a supportive space and community. Kiah enjoys collaborating with Energy healers and Reiki practitioners to provide TCM insights, acupuncture and/or 24K Gold Auricular Acupuncture Seeds at these events.

24K EAR SEEDING HIRE

Kiah has a deep passion for a unique area of Chinese Medicine: Auricular Acupuncture. By applying 24k gold-plated ear seeds to specific acupuncture points on the ears, they provide gentle, continuous stimulation for 3-5 days after application. This elegant and increasingly popular wellness practice supports a variety of health concerns. Kiah has collaborated with brands like Mecca and Kit: Skinkind to offer ear seeding at their launch events. Perfect for brands, wellness events, parties, and even Hen’s dos, ear seeding hire adds a touch of luxury and well-being to any occasion.

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I practice. I pay my respects to their Elders—past, present, and emerging—and honor their enduring connection to land, waters, and culture. Sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
